APIMEL ROSEMARY HONEY
Wild product originating from the predominant flowering of rosemary. Harvested in areas free from pollution, from the inland region of the beira baixa to the lowlands of the beira interior. With a light hue, it has a very sweet aroma and taste due to its high concentration of fructose, which makes it recommended as a natural sweetener in diets free of sugar (sucrose).
