Carolans is an Irish cream liqueur - made in Ireland with local ingredients including fresh cream, premium spirits and Irish whiskey. Carolans Irish Cream was developed in 1978 and launched in the UK in July 1979. Since then the brand has grown exponentially and has established itself as the No.2 Irish Cream Liqueur in the world, distributed in over 40 countries. Its taste is enjoyed by many, having won a double Gold Medal at the World Spirit Competition in San Francisco in 2009. The name Carolans comes from Turlough O'Carolan, a legendary travelling harp player of the 17th century.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Velvet with a cream colour.
Nose: Soft notes of caramel with a milky aroma and memories of honey.
Flavour: Vanilla flavour with a smooth texture. Creamy flavour, accented with the warmth of an aged spirit and
wild flowers.
