SPARKLING WINE MESSIAS BLANC DE BLANC BRUT

This sub-type of sparkling wine, renowned for being made up only of white grapes, has a light citrus yellow color, fine bubbles and a persistent string. The aroma proves to be very elegant, where notes of green citrus are enveloped by the complexity of the aging in the “sur lies” cellar, reminiscent of toasted bread and almonds. Taste in the mouth with smooth mousse and crisp acidity, forming an elegant and very balanced set.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
Careful selection of Chardonnay grapes. Gentle pressing of whole grapes and separation of the best fractions of tear must. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle according to the precepts of the traditional method. Extended “sur lies” stage to achieve greater complexity and elegance.
