QUINTA DA LAGOALVA SPARKLING GROSS

VINIFICATION:
The manually harvested grapes were pressed directly without crushing or de-stemming. The must obtained was clarified by static decantation, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. Subsequently, tartaric stabilization was carried out at low temperature in order to prepare the wine for the second fermentation in the bottle (Champagne method).
TASTING NOTES:
With a citrus color, fruity aroma and flavor, in the mouth it is fresh with a good mouth volume, fine bubbles, good persistence where floral notes appear. Serve at 8ºC/10ºC as an aperitif or with salads, pasta, seafood, lean meats and fish grilled.
