TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Golden with reddish background.
AROMA: Tangerine, apricot, lime, mello, honey, caramel.
PALATE: Lots of fruit, very soft. Acidity present but balanced, some tannins smoother.
FINAL OF TASTING: Long
VINIFICATION: The fermentation is stopped with the addition of neutral brandy maintaining the wine in skin maceration for 3 months. After this period it is made bleeding that is later mixed with the wine press.
AGING: In barrels or barrels of used wood.
MODE OF SERVING: At a temperature of 16ºC, as an accompaniment to desserts.
