CASTAS: 
Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

VINIFICATION: 
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with fermentation temperature control at around 26ºC.

AGING: 
10 months in French oak barrels and subsequent aging of 9 months in the bottle.

OENOLOGIST: Pedro Gil.

TASTING NOTES:
Aspect: Clear;
Colour: Dark garnet;
Aroma: Good intensity with a mix of red and ripe wild berries, mint, eucalyptus and slight notes of vanilla;
Taste: Intense, fruity and fresh with volume and unctuosity with sweet and silky tannins giving body. Final notes of mint and eucalyptus reinforce its freshness. Very good persistence on the finish;
Gastronomy Pairing: Great for gastronomy pairings, all kinds of meat dishes, baked or grilled and always well-seasoned. Should be served at a temperature of
16ºC
