QUINTA DA LAGOA VELHA BRUT SPARKLING WINE

GRAPE VARIETIES:Arinto, Baga, Bical and Chardonnay

VINIFICATION:
Total destemming followed by gentle pressing only to extract the free-run juice, without crushing the skins. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 14°C, which allowed for better extraction of aromas characteristic of the varieties. This was followed by bottle fermentation using the traditional method, followed by aging on fine lees for a period of 12 months.

TASTING NOTES:
Brilliant, citrus color, with fine and persistent bubbles. Intense aroma of white-fleshed fruit with light citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, creamy and persistent.

FOOD PAIRING:
An excellent choice as an aperitif. Quite versatile to accompany meat, fish or seafood dishes.
