Fruity and sweet spirit, distilled in copper alembic, from rock pears produced in a traditional orchard at the age of 60, installed on the basaltic slope of Mount Socorro, which served as the observation and communication center of the Duke of Wellington (Old Nosy) during the defense of the lines of Torres Vedras.
