PRODUCTION: 1333 bottles

After the second pressing of our grapes, there is still a lot of juice to extract. We macerate these grapes for 3 days before the final pressing. The result is a very concentrated and rich must. The result is this orange-colored white wine, with nerve, texture and depth.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Arinto, Guarda-Roupa, Rabo Ovelha, Alicante Branco

TASTING NOTES:
Intense golden color. On the nose, notes of orange peel, some fresh apricot and white-fleshed fruit. Full, textured attack, with good acidity and freshness. WINEMAKER:
