QUINTA DA ALORNA LATE HARVEST RED WINE

The Tinta Miúda grapes, overripe, were harvested during the month of October. The must, after clarification, underwent fermentation, which was interrupted by cold weather, resulting in a sweet wine.

TASTING NOTES:
Ruby color with red hues. It is a distinctive wine exhibiting aromas of sour cherry, red fruit jam and a subtle touch of dark chocolate. It presents volume and structure to balance sweetness and acidity. The palate is creamy in texture with hints of candy and spices. Persistent, long and refreshing aftertaste, surprising and pleasant finish.

CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS:
As an aperitif, with melted cheeses, chocolate cubes, wild berries, cheesecake or spiced cakes.
