GRAPES: 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Alicante Bouschet.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
STAGE: 8 months in national oak wood and 9 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES:
ASPECT: Clear.
COLOR: Intense Grenade.
AROMA: Aroma intense and with good complexity, remembering wild fruits, compote and chocolate.
TASTE: Intense, fruity and fresh. Well structured and with round and sweet tannins. Harmonious and persistent ending.
RELATIONSHIP WITH GASTRONOMY: Great to accompany dishes with intense flavor, especially meats. It should be served at 15ºC.
