WINEMAKING:

Environmentally sustainable viticultural practices in 25 year old south oriented vineyard on well drained limestone soil. Nocturnal harvest with blending of grapes in the press, treaded by foot the following dawn.

AGEING:
Aged in French and American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES AND GASTRONOMY:
Dark red colour with some violet. Unveils layers of black fruit with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate. Robust palate showing engaging tannins.
