TASTING NOTES
"The wine Maria Mansa always combines the freshness to the fruity characteristics originating from the excellent grapes and contemporary winemaking used, which extracts the unique character of the Duriense terroir and its traditional varieties. This wine is elegant and displays fruity notes wrapped by a smooth and balanced structure."

VINIFICATION
Maria Mansa Red is vinified in the cellar of Quinta do Noval in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region.
It is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25-27ºC with grapes previously selected and 100% destemmed. Malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel.

AGEING
It is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of different ages.
