TASTING NOTES
Pale salmon pink color, aroma of fresh fruit, where watermelon water and notes of dry wheat offer layers of delicate complexity. Tense and dry on the palate, with light and mouthwatering tannins, in a finish balanced by refreshing and crisp acidity.

GASTRONOMY
Quetzal Trincadeira is a Rosé wine with a strong gastronomic character; it pairs well with grilled fish, beef carpaccio, mild cheeses, chicken stew, or shrimp açorda and sushi. In its aromas, flavors, textures, and colors, we present a new art form from our nature: the new Rosé from Trincadeira da Coroa.
