PEDRA CANCELA WHITE WINEMAKER SELECTION

The Winemaker's Selection reference aims to offer the connoisseur a wine for everyday life, easy to drink and
easy to like, but preserving all the character of the Dão region. Made with the Encruzado, CercealBranco and Malvasia Fina grape varieties, it is a fresh, light, aromatic wine, suitable for all moments and occasions.

VARIETIES: Encruzado, Cerceal-Branco and Malvasia-Fina

VINIFICATION: Total stemming, cold pre-fermentative skin maceration. After gently pressing the grapes, the must is subjected to static decantation and is fermented at 15º C. Subject to stainless steel batonnage after fermentation.

TASTING NOTES:
COLOR: Bright greenish yellow.
AROMA: Citrus with an interesting mineral touch.
TASTE: Fresh, mineral wine, green and yellow fruit, with good balance.
End of taste: Pleasant feeling of freshness.

GASTRONOMY: Goes well with starters, seafood, fish, salads and cold dishes.
EXPECTED LONGEVITY: : Immediate, and can be stored for 2 years in basement conditions (protected from light and with controlled humidity).
