CULTIVATION AND VINIFICATION AREA
Grapes from several quality vineyards in the area of Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and São Vicente. Grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation interruption through the addition of vinic alcohol (96%).

LOT
This wine acquires its unique characteristics through the estufagem process with subsequent ageing of 3 years in oak casks before being blended and bottled.

WINE SERVICE AND STORAGE
Recommended serving temperature: 13/14oC. The wine has been filtered, does not require decanting and remains in good condition for several months after opening.

TASTING NOTES AND PAIRINGS
Dark colour.
Notes of coffee, toasted sugar, molasses, chocolate and jam.
Full bodied and smooth with a long and sweet taste.
Excellent as a digestive. It pairs well with fruit and desserts.
