Drambuie is a malt whiskey liqueur based on honey, herbs, and a secret blend of spices. The taste suggests saffron, honey, fennel and nutmeg.

It is produced in Broxbum, West Lothian in Scotland, can be served "pure" (at room temperature, without ice), with ice, or used as an ingredient in a mixed drink, as a cocktail.
