CHARACTERISTICS
As the natural product it is, it may create deposit.
Contains stone cherries (only the bottles containing fruit).

TASTING NOTES
Liqueur of clear and bright appearance, presents an intense ruby colour.
In the aroma it shows intense notes of sour cherry. It has a very fruity and elegant, with good acidity and alcohol well married, has a fresh finish
fresh, persistent and harmonious finish.

PACKAGING
There is no expiry date for its consumption. Keep in a cool and dry place in a cool, dry place with good air circulation and protected from light.

PRODUCTION METHOD
Produced according to a traditional recipe, in a non-industrial way, free from
colourings and flavourings. After being harvested the sour cherries are are selected and placed in a hydroalcoholic infusion in stainless where they are aged for a long period of time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE / CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
Serve as an aperitif or digestive. 
In the warm seasons it is recommended to serve chilled.
Can be used in cocktails and gastronomy.
