CULTIVATION AND VINIFICATION AREA
Grapes from various quality vineyards in the area of Arco de São Jorge. Grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation interruption through the addition of vinic alcohol (96%).

BATCH
Malvasia matured for 5 years in French oak casks. For this blend we selected wines from our cellars, whose stable temperatures throughout the year gave rise to this wine with balanced sugar and acidity levels.

WINE SERVICE AND AGEING
This wine was aged in casks and bottled in its purest state. Recommended serving temperature 13/14oC. It should be kept in a dry and ventilated place. The wine was filtered, does not require decanting and remains in good condition for several months after opening.

TASTING NOTES AND PAIRINGS
Golden colour.
Notes of toasted almonds, honey and smoked wood.
Slightly caramelised palate, fresh and polished.
Excellent as a digestive. It accompanies well desserts, cheeses, caramel pudding and passion fruit and candied fruit.
