Cem Reis Syrah is produced from a selection of the best Syrah batches from that year, making up a final batch that is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (75%) and American oak barrels (25%).

TASTING NOTES: Concentrated violet colour, warm and intense notes of ripe black fruits and spices. Full-bodied, with balanced acidity and well-present, round tannins on the finish.

GASTRONOMY: Excellent accompaniment to game dishes, lamb and red meats, among others.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Should be served at a temperature of between 17-18ºC
