GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Touriga Nacional

VINIFICATION:
The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Nacional at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery entrance. After complete destemming and light crushing, the must was transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a gentle pressing was carried out.

AGING:
Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional aged in French oak barrels for 18 months

TASTING NOTES:
With a deep, almost opaque color, with intense violet reflections, it reveals an extraordinary freshness and aromatic intensity on the nose, where floral notes of violet and wild flowers stand out.
balanced by aromas of wild fruits from the Douro. In the mouth it immediately seduces with its elegance, evolving into a wine with a robust structure composed of silky, fresh and very well integrated tannins. A seductive wine that finishes long, fresh and persistent, revealing great aging potential.
