Produced from selected reserves since the end of the 40's, this brandy keeps the secret of successive generations of Casa Ferreirinha Winemakers.
Made from wines produced with a view to distillation, coming from the demarcated region of Vinhos Verdes, its distillation is made in charentais stills by the technique of double distillation.
After tasted and analyzed begins its slow aging in small barrels of portuguese oak.
During the aging period, lots of different ages are blended, which give it a balanced aroma and palate of great softness, guaranteeing over time the existence of an aged stock of rare quality.
