Lello Experiences is an exclusive collection of wines that, year after year, brings to life different chapters of the Lello family's history in Borges and the Douro region. Each edition is a unique artistic and, above all, oenological challenge, which can take the form of a red, white, sparkling, or other wine, always with a distinct and unique identity. More than just a wine, Lello Experiences is a tribute to pioneering spirit, innovation, connection with art and culture, and passion for wine, perpetuating a legacy that spans generations. Inspired by Carlos Lello's boldness and the innovative spirit of Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges & Irmão, the illustration "Pioneering Vision" celebrates the fusion of tradition and modernity. In the 1930s, the brand revolutionized wine appreciation by introducing wine by the glass at the opening of two iconic, emblematic, and cosmopolitan bars in Porto, making the experience more accessible and engaging—a concept that would only regain traction decades later.

Touriga Nacional (100%)

VINIFICATION AND AGING:
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed, using only the best quality must, the drip must. The must is then clarified by cold decantation for 72 hours. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20°C. After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine ages on fine lees for three months before being blended and prepared for bottling.

Visual Appearance:
Clear, crystalline color.

Olfactory Appearance:
Clean, youthful, and fresh aroma, with great aromatic complexity. Notes of stone fruit and citrus stand out, enveloped by delicate nuances of mint and anise.

Taste:
This wine boasts a full mouthfeel and intense acidity. It boasts a striking structure and a long finish, making it a true pairing chameleon.

CUISINE:
Perfect as an aperitif, it elegantly pairs with everything from light dishes, such as grilled meats and roast poultry, to more elaborate creations, such as sea bass in sparkling wine sauce or salmon with a pistachio crust, enhancing flavors and providing a refined experience.
