Grape Varieties: 100 % Trincadeira.
Vinification:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Ageing:
Ageing: 8 months in French and American oak barrels and 9 months in bottle.
Tasting notes:
Aspect: Clear;
Colour: Intense garnet;
Aroma: Good intensity with red fruits, black plum, jelly, vanilla and toast;
Taste: Fruity, soft and balanced with good volume, round tannins, persistent finish with final notes of vanilla and toast;
Relationship with Gastronomy:
Great to accompany dishes with intense flavor, especially meats. It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
