CASTA: 100% Encruzado.

VINIFICATION:
After 12h of pelicular maceration the grapes were pressed, using only the must from the exhaustion and low pressure of the press. This is followed by cold static decantation, after which the must is separated from the lees. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature between 14-16 ºC. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine ages on the lees for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES:
Visual Appearance - Clear color with greenish reflections.
Olfactory Appearance - Clean, complex and young aroma. With floral nuances, with a focus on orange blossom, bergamot orange and grapefruit, enveloped by a mineral and fresh character.
Taste - Elegant and fresh wine, where the intensity of flavor and vibrant acidity, typical of the Dão region, provide a perfect balance, in a persistent ensemble, marked by a long finish.

CONSUMPTION:
PARING: Great to accompany fish dishes, cold meats or white meats, pasta dishes and risotto.
