AGING:
50% of the wine is aged in French oak for more than 6 months.

TASTING NOTES: 
Very deep colored, very rich and concentrated in aromas and flavors, with notes of red fruits combined with toasted and vanilla nuances well integrated over a firm and elegant structure. Complex and long, it presents great potential of evolution in the bottle in a period of 3 to 4 years.

GASTRONOMY:
It is the ideal wine to share at the table or in a late afternoon. Very versatile gastronomically and can be paired with a wide variety of dishes, such as: Tapas, pastas, white or red meat dishes.
