QUINTA DO QUETZAL RESERVA RED WINE

The Quinta do Quetzal Reserva Tinto 2021 is a blended wine from the Alentejo region, made with Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira grapes. It presents a deep and intense color, with an aromatic profile rich in black fruits, enveloped by a long and creamy toasty finish resulting from its aging in oak barrels.

50% Syrah, 35% Alicante Bouschet, and 15% Trincadeira

TASTING NOTES
On the nose, it shows great intensity expressed in black fruits, enveloped by a creamy, very long and persistent toasty finish from the wood.

FOOD PAIRING
Its structure allows it to accompany game meats and intense cheeses.
