In the mouth it is fresh, with an acidity well integrated in the sweetness and wood. Long and gluttonous finish. Store the bottle high up, in the absence of light at a constant temperature between 14ºC-16ºC. Serve slightly cold, between 12ºC-14ºC to accompany dried fruits. It can also be served as a digestive to accompany fresh and orange sweets.
