This wine was produced in our Porto Quinta da Ervamoira, located on the left bank of the River Coa.
It is an excellent tawny combining a freshness and flavor that only maturity can provide a perfect. It is a natural wine, subject to create deposit with age. It is recommended that it be served with the indispensable care not to roil.

This Tawny is a blend with an average age of 10 years. We enter the world of the complexity of an aged tawny.
Its red colors and even golden atijoladas lead us to the East Spices, spicy and exotic aromas, with all its mysteries.
It starts here walk to the magic 20 and 30 years.
Your body and rich flavors lead us to the place where it was created - the 'last Ervamoira!
It is this mystical landscape, biblical, this wine is stripped of shale, silence, for our pleasure.

VINIFICATION: It was prepared with high quality wines from Quinta de Ervamoira by blending wines from several years of harvests. The young wines gives it force and freshness and complexity and the older race. The characteristic aroma and taste are the result of 'art ' of the head of the Evidence Room.

TASTING NOTES: Color red orange with a greenish tint. Aroma rounded, generous, with a slight touch vinous and well balanced. Aromas of fruit such as orange, apricot and plum. Aromas of wood, vanilla and old Port hull. It's kind of fruity tawny. The palate is still perceptible fresh fruit, surrounded by wood aging. Good structure and perfect balance between fruit and alcohol. On the palate the attack is smooth and full bodied. Following the initial unctuous appears fresh fruit and a soft ending with a slight sour note and woody.

DINING & GUARD: It goes very well with a salad of tomatoes and onions shells and desserts made with dried fruit and sweet orange and eggs. Serving temperature between 16 º and 22 º C. Keep the bottle upright in a cool, dry and protected from light.
