It had been growing for over 50 years, Tinta Roriz planted in alluvial soil. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 6 days, with gentle maceration. Long aging (20 to 24 months) in second year barrels.

VINIFICATION:
The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed. Ferments in used wood, with controlled extraction for 8 days. Aged in used 225 L barrels for 18 months.

TASTING NOTES
Intense and deep color. Aromas of spices, red fruits, very complex. Tannins that show the variety well, firm, dense, fat and robust aftertaste.
